Following the departure of its tenant, LA FRANCAISE AM asked Tétris to carry out a study on the renovation of the building. Tétris’s teams were then selected for the architectural design and fit-out. The work, which took 6 months to complete, helped the owner to identify a new tenant upon delivery.
