Modernisation of offices

HansaInvest

One of the HansaInvest buildings, a 15,000m² space, was vacated by its only tenant. As advised by JLL, the landlord decided to modernise the image of the building to attract new tenants. Tétris was therefore brought in to develop an original concept around the theme of “The Lighthouse”, the name of the building, to make an impression on visitors. A relationship of trust developed with the client right from the start, which saw the contract being awarded to us without even being put out to tender. The teams at Tétris were chosen for the quality and originality of project design and their responsiveness to the client’s needs. The client, who was overseas, particularly appreciated the daily updates on the progress of works (including photos) and the flexibility of our partners.
